Equally, if not more, exciting than Part One of our The Dark Knight Rises update is Part Two – where we bring you some home video shot from the set of Christopher Nolan‘s final Batman installment. Part One revealed the reimagined Batwing, but now we get to see it in action. And as if that wasn’t exciting enough, we have our first look at Joseph Gordon-Levitt on set; plus we’ll throw in some Catwoman chasing Bane footage, just for good measure. Oh, yes!

It has been reported that Anne Hathaway‘s stuntwoman (shown in the footage below) lost control of her bike on set and destroyed a very expensive IMAX camera – yikes! The Batwing too apparently found itself in a wee bit of strife during a chase scene between Batman and Bane (similar to the one below). What would one possibly say to Mr Nolan after either of those two snafu’s? “Oops. Sorry”.

So for your viewing pleasure, we have… (Warning: this footage contains spoilers!)

Unofficial video of Joseph Gordon-Levitt (as John Blake) shooting a scene in snow covered streets. Looks like this Gotham City cop is up to no good:

Unofficial video of the new Batwing in action. Looks a little wobbly on corners – perhaps they should’ve hired ‘The Stig’:

Unofficial video of the new Batwing up close. It really does look insanely cool:

Three camouflaged Tumblers head to the set. I want one!:

Anne Hathaway’s stunt double chasing Bane through Gotham. Me thinks a guy shot this footage (you’ll see why):

So are your excitement levels now through the roof? How cool does the Batwing look?!? I can’t wait to see it on the big screen.
