The second cinematic adaptation of the classic Stephen King novel in which a shy girl is bullied by her classmates and her religious nut-job mother…until she discovers she has telekinetic powers. Payback time.

Not usually a fan of remakes but I have my fingers crossed that the exciting Peirce-Moretz combo can deliver the goods. Plus it’s supposed to better represent the novel than the original flick.
