It’s always sad to say goodbye. But I’ve seen some stunning films and leave more than a little content.

Cannes’ 70th birthday had a line-up I was excited to see. And, for the most part, it didn’t disappoint. I don’t think I’ve rated some many films so highly – three got 9.5/10! – and some gems were uncovered – Patti Cake$ was a absolute delight.

So here’s a wrap of all the films I saw and the ratings I gave – also check out my reviews on the site. Looking forward to seeing many of these again, when they hit cinemas in New Zealand.

And, as always, it was great to catch up with my Cannes buddies. You guys (and girls) are awesome and I’ll see you again next year.
