Synopsis:
The film follows a man stranded in the Arctic, who is finally about to receive his long awaited rescue. However, after a tragic accident, his opportunity is lost and he must then decide whether to remain in the relative safety of his camp or embark on a deadly trek through the unknown for potential salvation.
Thoughts:
I don’t think anyone would doubt Mads Mikkelsen’s acting chops. But as good as you think he is, Mads takes it to another level here. Like Ryan Reynolds in BURIED and Tom Hardy in LOCKE, it takes a special kind of actor to pull of a one-man-show like this.
As for the film: it’s gripping and intense … everything you could possibly want from a thriller.
